Description
A workshop in the Hernand Highlands, directly south of the Greymane Camp at Howling Hill. This is the production facility where the Cloudcart hot air balloon vehicle is built after discovering its blueprints in Glenbright Manor's secret basement. Requires five Greymane comrades (one with the Engineering skill), 75 Stone, 75 Timber, 150 Food, and 2,500 Coins to construct. The Cloudcart can be upgraded to the Cloudcruiser and Skystreaker variants. A street vendor selling basic goods operates nearby.
